Location: DTLA Skid Row Area, CA
Schedule: Monday - Sunday, 2200 - 0630
Pay Rate: $23 - $27 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Position Overview: Treston Security Services, a Veteran Owned & Operated company, is seeking an experienced and reliable Armed Patrol Supervisor for our team in the DTLA Skid Row area. This position is responsible for assisting the overnight coordinators with vacancy checks throughout the property portfolio, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, and overseeing the unarmed officers on patrol. As a Patrol Supervisor, you will serve as a role model and mentor for the team, ensuring they follow all protocols and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Assist overnight coordinators with vacancy checks across multiple locations
• Communicate regularly with Treston Security Management and the Command Center to ensure smooth operations
• Supervise and mentor unarmed officers on the field, ensuring they perform their duties to company standards
• Regularly check in with field officers, ensuring they are performing their patrols, in uniform, and properly using the system
• Drop off and pick up all required equipment at each location
• Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently
• Ensure all officers are following company guidelines and maintaining a professional demeanor
• Maintain strong customer service relations with clients and the public
• Assist with escorting individuals off the premises in cases of trespassing or other violations
• Perform other duties as required
• Must be able to work in areas with a homeless population and respond to sensitive situations. This may include encountering deceased individuals, insects, and other challenging conditions.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid CA Driver’s License and a clean driving record
• Previous experience in security or law enforcement is preferred
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of unarmed officers
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be comfortable working overnight shifts and handling emergency situations
• Ability to work in areas with homeless populations and encounter situations involving deceased individuals, insects, or other challenging conditions
• Ability to handle escorting individuals off the premises when necessary (e.g., trespassing)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay alert throughout the night
