Job Description

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Security Site Supervisor.

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. They will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range.

• Monday - Friday day shift.
• +2 Years Verifiable Experience in Law Enforcement, Military, or Security Supervision Required.
• Valid Driver's License for 1 Year and a Clean Driving Record.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the public.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and drug screening in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Have intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Capable of utilizing scheduling and billing software to produce reports for effective business management.
• Enforce Contract Standards and administer site safety programs.
• Participate in unemployment hearings if required.
• Enforce Allied Universal policies as outlined in employee handbooks and memos.
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders during shifts.
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods.
