Job Description

Allied Universal is seeking a full-time Security Site Supervisor to oversee operations for a bank in Boston, MA.

Starting Pay: $31.90/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7am - 3pm; Overnight shifts also available, Monday through Friday

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. They will act as a liaison between customers, Operations Managers, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and security supervisor experience (minimum 1 year)
• Ability to complete background checks and drug screening
• Excellent customer service skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly
• Ability to interpret reports and enforce safety and contract standards
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods
