Job Description

We are seeking a Security Site Supervisor for our Auburn, Alabama location. The position offers a starting pay of $17.50 per hour, full-time employment, morning shifts from 6 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday. Pre-employment requirements include at least 2 years of security experience and a valid driver’s license per AU policy.

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate quality services, act as a liaison between clients, managers, and officers, and manage site staff including coaching, recognition, and discipline within authorized limits.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• State/local licensing as required
• Successful background check and drug screening
• Customer service skills, intermediate computer skills, crisis management ability
• Ability to enforce standards, participate in safety programs, and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 40 pounds and working in various weather conditions
