GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Supervisor to lead a security team at our Mebane, NC site. The role is a full-time day shift from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, offering a wage of $21.50 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be authorized to work in the U.S., and pass an extensive screening process. Uniforms are provided at no cost and opportunities for career growth are available.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass extensive screening process.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient with basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and verify identity of visitors.
• Manage access control and guide visitors.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
• Coordinate scheduling and ensure posts are covered.
• Communicate with your manager.

Responsibilities of a Site Supervisor

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property
• Scheduling
• Ensuring all posts remain covered
• Communicating with your manager

Qualifications for a Tactical Security Supervisor

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
