GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Kernersville, NC. The role emphasizes customer service as you greet and guide visitors, verify identities, and control access across various sites such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will perform patrols, inspect equipment, respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams. A PPSB license and CPR/AED are required, with 1+ year security experience and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• Active PPSB license or recently expired
• CPR/First Aid and AED required
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Minimum 1 year of security experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass extensive screening

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you:

• Site Location: Kernersville, NC
  • MULTIPLE POSITIONS
    • Friday - Tuesday, 11PM - 7AM = 40 hours
    • Saturday, Sunday, 7AM - 3PM / Monday, Tuesday, 3PM - 11PM = 32 hours
    • Wednesday - Sunday, 3PM - 11PM = 40 hours
    • Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3PM = 40 hours
    • Wednesday and Thursday - 11PM - 7AM = 16 hours
• Competitive hourly wage:
  • $17.58 / Hr., bi-weekly (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Must have an ACTIVE or recently expired PPSB license.
• CPR First Aid and AED Required
• Must be over the age of 18 years old.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
