Job Description
Allied Universal Services is seeking the position of a Security Site Supervisor.
Starting Pay: $19.50 / Hour paid WEEKLY with DailyPay options & benefits!
Minimum 1 Year Or More Of Security Experience Required
Minimum 1 year of Supervisory or Management experience required

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. They will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
• Possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public professionally and effectively
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
• Successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen in accordance with all laws
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology at client sites
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Utilize scheduling and billing software to produce reports for effective business management
• Enforce Contract Standards and site safety programs
• Participate in unemployment hearings if necessary
• Enforce company policies as outlined in handbooks and memos
• Work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs/ramp/ladders, stand or walk for long periods
