Job Description

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Security Site Supervisor. The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. They will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers, supervising site staff and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing security operations at a designated location to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Managing a team of security personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Responding to incidents, monitoring security systems, and conducting patrols.
• Liaising with on-site management and staff, establishing policies and procedures, and maintaining records.
• Creating and implementing training programs, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements, and participating in background investigations.

Qualifications

• Security experience of at least 1 year.
• Access control and badge experience.
• Comfortable with computer or tablet use.
• Customer service skills.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology and scheduling software.

Requirements

• Work in various environments, including cold weather, rain, or heat.
• Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Stand or walk for long periods.

Schedule and Compensation

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 6AM to 2PM. Starting pay is $17.68 per hour. Attendance is mandatory.
