Allied Universal Services is seeking a Security Site Supervisor.

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer, acting as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. Responsibilities include supervising site staff, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range.

*Seeking FULL-TIME, DAY-SHIFT Security Officer in Easton, PA*

Responsibilities include guarding shack, access control, conducting tours, and supervising the site.

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 6AM-2PM

Starting Pay: $17.68 per hour

Attendance is a must

Responsibilities of the Security Site Supervisor

• Oversee security operations at designated location, ensuring safety for visitors and staff
• Manage security personnel, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Monitor performance and conduct briefings
• Respond to incidents, monitor CCTV and security systems, and perform patrols
• Liaise with on-site management and staff
• Establish and implement policies and procedures
• Keep detailed records of security-related incidents
• Develop and deliver training programs for security staff
• Participate in continuous training and technology updates
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and background checks
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication
• Handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Utilize scheduling and billing software to generate reports
• Enforce contract standards and site safety programs
• Participate in unemployment hearings if necessary
• Work in various environments and handle physical tasks as needed
