Overview

We are hiring a Full-time Security Site Supervisor for Marriott at 1818 N 90th St in Omaha, NE.

Job Details

• Pay Rate: $20.09 / hour
• Schedule: Morning Shift / 7:00 am - 3:00 pm / Monday - Friday
• Responsibilities include liaising between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers, supervising site staff, and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within an approved empowerment range. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety and security.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age and have at least 1 year of security experience.
• Comfortable using technology devices and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Physical requirements include the ability to walk, stand for long periods, and work in all weather conditions.

Additional Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Effective communication skills with personnel and the public.
• Ability to complete background checks and drug screening.
• Intermediate computer skills for operating wireless technology and software.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Capability to work in various environments and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
