Job summary

Cascadia Global Security (CGS) is seeking a Site Supervisor in San Antonio, TX to oversee guards, safety, and policy enforcement. The role requires leading and developing a security team, coordinating with management, and ensuring excellent customer service.

This full-time position runs 6:00 am–2:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with 50% employer-paid medical/dental/vision, life insurance, a 401k, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Active Level 2 Security License.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a working smartphone.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and report writing.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employee and site safety and enforce CGS policies.
• Provide leadership and development for guards/officers under supervision.
• Learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and VP of Operations.
• Respond promptly to emails, calls, texts, and other communications.

Title: Site Supervisor

• Location: San Antonio, TX 78229
• Pay: $19 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time

The main responsibilities of the Supervisor are overseeing employee and site safety, enforcing policies, and developing CGS guards. This position requires the use of a company vehicle; all applicants must be over 21, possess a valid Driver's License, and have a clean driving record.

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supervisors must keep in mind that CGS’s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively
• Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and, if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise
• Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures
• Supervisors will work closely with their Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations
• Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication
