Cascadia Global Security is seeking a dedicated Armed Security officer for night hours in Austin, TX. The role requires passing a 10-panel drug screen and a clean criminal background. You will perform access control, patrols, and risk mitigation in a dynamic environment.

This full-time position offers $21/hour with a 10-panel drug screen, and benefits after 60 days, including partial health coverage and 401K. Candidates should be at least 21 years old and ready to join immediately.

Qualifications

• Must pass criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Access control at client sites and report safety conditions.
• Patrols may be conducted in company vehicles or on foot.
• Deterrence of theft and vandalism at facilities.
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment for all staff.
• Complete daily administrative documentation concisely.

• Pay: $21per hour

SecurityResponsibilities:

• Access Control
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety
• Patrols areassigned in a company-marked vehicle, provided the candidates' driving history isexemplary. Free of tickets, accidents, or marks against your driver's license.
  • Patrols may be assigned on foot to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activities at client facilities
• Theft and vandalism deterrence
• Ensure the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment
• Ensure that daily administrative documentation is always kept concise and complete
• Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications and skills:

• Basic computer skills and report-writing experience
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to handle stressful situations and emergencies
• Minimum 21years of age
• Candidates should be able to provide body armor:
  • Tactical outer carrier
  • Concealed inner carrier
  • 3a+ Soft armor
  • Duty belt with MOLLEattachments
  • OC spray, handcuffs, and baton.
  • Provide own duty weapon
    • With at least 2 spare magazines

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary: $21per hour
• 50% paid Medical/ Dental/ Vision/ and Free Life insurance for Full-time employees available after the first 60 days.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Armed Security: 1year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Level 3 Armed License (Required)
