Job summary

Cascadia Global Security (CGS) is seeking a Site Supervisor in San Antonio, TX to oversee employee and site safety, enforce policies, and develop CGS guards. The role requires a valid driver’s license, 21+, clean driving record, and the use of a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience.

Site Supervisor

• Location: San Antonio, TX 78229
• Pay: $19 per hour
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

The main responsibilities of the Supervisor are overseeing employee and site safety, enforcing policies, and developing CGS guards. This position requires the use of a company vehicle; all applicants must be over 21, possess a valid Driver's License, and have a clean driving record.

Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supervisors must keep in mind thatCGS’s primary focus is customer service. This entails communicating with internal and external team members to meet their needs effectively.
• Supervisors are responsible for the leadership, well-being, training, and, if need be, partnering with management for the discipline of the guards/officers they supervise.
• Supervisors will need to learn, understand, and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Supervisors will work closely with their Operations Manager and the Vice President of Operations.
• Supervisors will respond in a timely manner to all emails, phone calls, texts, and any other means of communication.
