Position Overview: Foot and Mobile Patrol, Access Control.
We are hiring a Full-time Site Supervisor for the Oakland, IA area.
Job Details:
* Pay Rate: $21.50 / hour
* Schedule: Will discuss at interview
* Duties: The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Security Site Supervisor will liaise between customers, Operation Managers, and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Prior Security experience preferred, but not required, or customer service background
* Skills: Comfortable using technology devices and must have a valid driver's license.
* Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
