Job Details

Pay Range: $20.00/hr (base pay, range provided by company; actual pay depends on skills and experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM; must be able to cover other shifts as needed

Requirements

• 1 year of prior supervisory experience in security or related field
• Proficient in computer skills (Microsoft Office, incident reporting systems, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and other personnel at client sites, ensure post orders are followed, and reports are filed
• Coach, discipline, and train staff; review post orders and assign tasks
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts; liaise with client representatives
• Prepare and submit reports; assist with payroll and personnel info
• Perform supervisory duties such as interviewing, training, performance appraisals, and disciplinary actions
• May perform Security Officer duties as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. + 2 years related experience, or equivalent
• Preferred: 2 years retail security experience
• Knowledge of security operations and supervisory practices
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain professionalism

Physical and Mental Demands

• Ability to maintain composure, handle stressful situations, and work overtime if needed
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds
• Visual, auditory, and communication skills necessary for the role
