Job Description : Security Site Supervisor needed in the Greater New Orleans Area. Must have 5+ years of supervisor experience. All tasks and projects at the supervisor level aim to equip security officers at a specific client site with the tools, training, and resources needed for success. The Security Site Supervisor observes, trains, and guides security officers' conduct and appearance daily. They remain alert to behavioral issues and document any changes affecting job performance. They also assess situations at the client site to determine the appropriate course of action.

Reports to : Security Operations Manager

Responsibilities :

1. Protect property and persons within the client’s premises.
2. Enforce Lofton Security and client policies and procedures.
3. Train security officers on policies and procedures.
4. Control and direct employee activities.
5. Plan schedules, tasks, and activities.
6. Ensure proper paperwork and reporting procedures.
7. Assess situations and determine courses of action.
8. Promote goodwill and positive relations.
9. Act as a liaison between Lofton Security and client contacts.
10. Show interest and pride in work.
11. Serve as a role model.
12. Maintain neat and clean appearance.
13. Be prompt and punctual.
14. Expect excellence in work quality.
15. Be courteous, tactful, firm, and polite.
16. Be energetic, motivated, respectful, and sympathetic to others' needs.
17. Abide by all Post and/or General Orders.
18. Maintain physical security.

Requirements :

• 21 years of age or older.
• Military, Law Enforcement, or Security Supervisor experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• Able to work 12-hour night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience with relevant security technology systems and equipment.
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and officers at all levels.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Must pass an extensive criminal background check (Public Trust).
• Current Driver’s License and a clean MVR.
• Must be drug-free and pass a drug test.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
• Ability to obtain a Louisiana Private Security License.
