Position Summary:
The Security Site Manager is responsible for managing all on-site security personnel, maintaining a high level of service delivery, and ensuring compliance with company policies and client expectations. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents and client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all security operations at the assigned site
Supervise and support a team of security officers, ensuring proper training and performance
Serve as the primary contact for client representatives at the site
Ensure compliance with post orders, protocols, and safety regulations
Prepare officer schedules and ensure proper staffing at all times
Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to maintain service standards
Address and report any incidents, emergencies, or client concerns promptly
Manage performance issues, including coaching, counseling, and discipline as needed
Submit daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift summaries
Maintain a professional, visible presence and uphold the company's values
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional security or management training preferred
2+ years of experience in security, including supervisory or site management roles
Valid SORA license
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, if required
Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, scheduling tools)
