Titan Security Group is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee a client site on the assigned shift in Peoria, IL. You will lead a team of six officers, coordinate scheduling, payroll, and training, and ensure top-notch security services to protect people and property.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, 3 years in security, and the ability to pass a background check. English fluency is required and a valid security license may be needed by state.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years of security officer experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Mansioni

• Supervise operations of an assigned client site on the shift.
• Report directly to Titan Management.
• Manage a team of 6 security officers/supervisors, including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching and development.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle all escalated security issues or emergency situations appropriately.
• Develop staff in both technical and professional skills through performance management.
• Provide the basis of a great work environment by treating staff with respect.
• Assist in site-specific training and annual refresher training per Titan standards.
• Reconcile logs, shift responsibilities and patrols; review incident reports and coordinate investigations.
• Develop/maintain operational procedures and post orders for emergency reference.
• Train and qualify staff for assigned posts; know post instructions and emergency instructions.
• Maintain access control procedures set by building management.
• Utilize access control, visitor management and CCTV systems as needed.
• Identify tenants/visitors on arrival; sign-in visitors and vendors.
• Observe departing personnel to guard against theft; monitor security cameras.
• Respond to incidents including property emergencies and conduct general patrols.
• Stand/sit/walk for extended periods; assist tenants and visitors with directions.
• Record data on property damage, incidents and equipment malfunctions; maintain logs.
• Provide excellent customer service to all on duty.
• Other duties as assigned.
