Security Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Shift Lead for Saturday-Sunday 3pm-11pm in Greensburg, IN.

This on-site role oversees daily operations, ensures staff performance, safety, and adherence to company standards, and coordinates scheduling. Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma and 1+ year of verifiable Military, Law Enforcement, or Security Experience; 3+ years and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience.
• 3+ years verifiable Military, Law Enforcement or Security Experience with supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Patrol & surveillance of site; monitor access points and report safety concerns.
• Incident response: respond to alarms and incidents; maintain logs.
• Enforce site policies and post orders; ensure customer service standards.
