Job summary

Securitas, Inc. in Fairview, OR is seeking a Security Site Lead for a full-time, on-site role. The position pays $23.00 per hour with a Monday-Friday 8am-4pm schedule. You will lead a team of security officers and ensure adherence to post orders and Securitas protocols.

You will train officers, coordinate incident responses, and assist with payroll and personnel information submission, reporting daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months prior supervisor/lead experience preferred.
• Advanced computer/technology skills needed.
• Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Professional interaction with diverse people.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills.
• Pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

Available Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm

What Your Day May Look Like

• Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.

Position Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
