Securitas USA in Champaign, IL is seeking a Security Site Supervisor for a full-time on-site role. You will lead a team of security officers, ensure compliance with post orders, and coordinate site coverage with the regional management team.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, dependable leadership, and solid communication skills. Responsibilities include incident response, training, payroll participation, and meticulous log keeping.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and clear driving record required.
• At least 1 year of security and supervisor experience preferred.
• Advanced computer / technology skills needed.
• Must have strong communication, reporting, and organization skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills required.
• Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a highly professional manner.
• Utilize strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills to maintain a safe and secure environment on site.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas' pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the submission of payroll and personnel information to the company as designated.
• Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.
