Job summary

Titan Security Group in the Detroit metro area is seeking Security Shift Supervisors to oversee on-site security operations and supervise officers across multiple locations.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or GED, and at least two years of supervisory experience. Must pass background checks and a drug screen and be fluent in English. Competitive hourly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Two years supervisor experience minimum.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Physical duties include lifting up to 75 lbs and long periods on foot.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while on duty.
• Conduct patrols on foot and in vehicle to identify security violations.
• Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Monitor cameras and patrols to prevent theft and maintain safety.
• Maintain logs of people and property, including packages.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies; document data for management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Titan Security is currently hiring Security Shift Supervisors to work at various locations throughout the Detroit metro area.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons
• Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Have two years supervisor experience minimum
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75 lbs, completing foot patrols, sitting, standing, walking, driving for a significant period of time, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience as a security officer
• Bilingual considered a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
