Job summary

Titan Security is seeking reliable Security Shift Supervisors to serve at locations within the Detroit metro area. The role focuses on safety, incident response, and customer service across multiple sites.

Candidates should have two years of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks. The position offers growth opportunities and a path to advancement within Titan Security.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must meet physical functions, including lifting up to 75 lbs, patrols on foot, stairs, and inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties on duty.
• Conduct general patrols on foot and in a vehicle to check for security issues.
• Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Monitor guard cameras and perform patrols to prevent theft and maintain safety.
• Maintain clear logs pertaining to people or property including packages.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies and document data for management.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Titan Security is currently hiring Security Shift Supervisors to work at various locations throughout the Detroit metro area.

Responsibilities of Security Shift Supervisors include, but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information
• Conduct general patrols on foot and within a vehicle to check for security violations like unsafe conditions or unauthorized persons
• Control access for patrons, visitors or vendors as required
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to guard against theft and maintain a safe environment
• Maintain clear, accurate logs pertaining to people or property including packages
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies at the property, and record data on incidents for building and Titan Security management
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications of Security Shift Supervisors:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a Valid Driver's License
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Have two years supervisor experience minimum
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 75 lbs, completing foot patrols, sitting, standing, walking, driving for a significant period of time, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications of Security Officers:

• 1 year experience as a security officer
• Bilingual considered a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software

Pay and Benefits for Security Officers:

• Up to $17.50 / hour, depending on experience, location and position
