Qualifications include:

• At least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs neatly
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience, a clean record, and sufficient insurance (for driving positions)
• Successful completion of background investigation and drug/alcohol testing
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Physical ability to work in various environments and lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
