We are hiring a Security Shift Supervisor - Unarmed. Join the world’s leading global security company!

• Pay rate: $21.25 per hour. Full-Time Swing Shift
• Location: Burbank, California

As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will supervise and coordinate quality service delivery during a specific shift at an assigned customer site. You will act as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers. Responsibilities include staff supervision, coaching, recognition, and discipline within authorized parameters.

Qualifications/Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with all personnel and the public
• Ability to prepare clear, legible reports and logs
• Understanding of operating procedures and instructions
• State/local licensing requirements, if applicable
• For driving positions: valid driver’s license, clean driving record, minimum insurance, and ability to operate a vehicle safely
• Successful completion of background check and drug/alcohol testing; driver record check if applicable
• Intermediate computer skills for using wireless technology
• Ability to handle both routine and crisis situations calmly and efficiently
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Physical ability to work in various environments, lift up to 40 pounds, climb stairs or ladders, and stand or walk for long periods
