GardaWorld Security Services in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Security Supervisor – Concierge to lead daily duties in busy environments such as office towers and hotels. You will train officers, oversee post orders, coordinate shift coverage, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining security.

The role requires supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass screening.

Qualifications

• Must have Security Supervisory/Managerial experience.
• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership during incidents or emergencies.
• Assist with training and onboarding officers on site-specific expectations.
• Provide post coverage when needed to meet operations.
• Supervise and direct Security Officers on daily activities.
• Coordinate shift coverage and respond to staffing gaps.
• Conduct patrols and spot suspicious activity.
• Manage access points and verify identities.
• Ensure adherence to post orders and GardaWorld standards.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and coordinate with authorities.

As a Security Supervisor – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Schedule : Tuesday-Saturday 12am-8am (Graveyard) (40 hours a week / full time)

Responsibilities of a Security Supervisor

• Providing leadership and direction during incidents or emergencies
• Assisting with training and onboarding officers on site-specific expectations
• Providing post coverage when operationally necessary
• Supervising and providing day-to-day direction to Security Officers
• Coordinating shift coverage and responding to staffing gaps or call-offs
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Ensuring officers follow post orders, site procedures, and GardaWorld standards
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Security Supervisor

• Must have Security Supervisory/Managerial experience
• Must have a valid state driver's license
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
