Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor to work in San Jose, CA. The Shift Supervisor will oversee the delivery of security services on a designated shift, coordinating with site staff, Account Manager, and officers to ensure quality and compliance.

Applicants must hold a CA Guard Card, have a valid California driver’s license, and 1+ year of security experience. Strong written and verbal communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle crises are essential.

Qualifications

• Active CA Guard Card required.
• Active State Driver's License and 1+ year driving experience.
• Security experience of 1+ year and ability to use wireless technology.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on a specific shift.
• Liaise between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within policy.
• Prepare written reports and logs as required.
