Job summary

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years in a security role, law enforcement, or military discipline.
• Preferred: 3 years in a security role with 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift supervision and monitoring of security personnel to ensure a secure environment.
• Assist in setup of weekly guard schedules and monitor overtime; adjust coverage as needed.
• Investigate campus security incidents; prepare reports and oversee corrections to incident reports; ensure policy compliance.
• Act as Incident Commander during crises and conduct drills (de-escalation, CPI, NCI, use of force, active shooter).
