Job summary

Tarian is seeking a Security Facility Supervisor to lead our security team across assigned facilities, ensuring safety and client satisfaction. You will supervise officers on site, coach and train staff, and coordinate program activities in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED), a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks and health screenings. This is a full-time role with diverse shifts and opportunities to impact communities.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
• Must be able to stand and walk for entire shift and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tariandriving guidelines if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations at facilities with day-to-day supervision, motivation, coaching and training of Officers on site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
