Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to complete a GED program within 6 months.
• 1 year of security supervisory experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security Officers and ensure compliance with post orders.
• Coach and discipline personnel as appropriate.
• Train Security Officers on duties and responsibilities.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts.
• Prepare various security reports.
• Inspect posts and meet with subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure service quality.
