Job summary

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• CA Security Guard Card required.
• Minimum 1 year security experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Clean driving record and valid driver license.
• Capable of following complex instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to participate in screening process (drug screen and background).
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide unarmed security and maintain a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Interact with clients, visitors, employees, and the public professionally.
• Prepare written reports and logs; maintain clear documentation.
• Manage security services including post orders, staffing, scheduling, payroll, supervision and training at the site.
• Provide leadership and guidance to security officers, ensuring adherence to protocols and effective performance.
• Read and follow operating procedures and instructions; apply access control technology at client sites.
• Respond to emergencies, investigate disturbances, and ensure safety and security of people and property.
