GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Supervisor to monitor security systems, lead a team, and ensure rapid response to incidents at our Chicago site. The role requires strong observation, reporting, and mentoring skills as you safeguard people and property.

Qualifications

• Must have valid IL PERC
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must have at least 2 years experience as a supervisor
• Be authorized to work in the U.S. and provide HS Diploma or GED
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in emergencies
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property

As a Security Supervisor - Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalat in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Site Location: Chicago, IL
• Set schedule: There are 2 shifts available
• Shift 1: Full time, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 3rd shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., Saturday, 1st shift, 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sunday 2nd shift, 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.
• Shift 2: Full time, Wednesday through Sunday, 3rd shift, 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Qualifications Of a Surveillance Security Supervisor

• Must have a valid IL PERC
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Must have at least 2 years experience as a supervisor
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
