GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Surveillance Supervisor for the Rockford, IL area. The role focuses on monitoring multiple screens, identifying threats, and generating detailed incident reports.

The supervisor will patrol facilities, control access, and collaborate with law enforcement when needed. Requirements include a valid IL PERC and driver's license, at least two years in a supervisory role, and the ability to pass extensive screenings.

• Must have a valid IL PERC
• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Must have at least 2 years experience as a supervisor
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required

As a Security Supervisor - Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalated in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

• Site Location: Rockford, IL
• Set schedule: Full time, Tuesday through Saturday, 3rd shift, 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
