- Provide guidance and supervision to staff, supporting operational goals and monitoring performance and profit objectives.
- Coordinate scheduling with managers and address concerns, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Enforce internal policies, including laws on underage gambling and drinking.
- Maintain safety and inspection reports, conduct security post inspections, and prepare incident reports.
- Report guest and staff concerns to management.
- Ensure security staff adhere to dress and grooming standards.
- Collaborate with regulatory, fire, rescue, and law enforcement agencies.
- Support departmental budget compliance.
- Promote and demonstrate excellent customer service, ensuring standards are met and issues addressed.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues.
- Maintain confidentiality of all departmental and company matters.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, plus 1-2 years of casino security, military, or law enforcement experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong report writing and organizational skills.
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to operate company vehicles.
- High energy, proactive, and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact diplomatically with guests and staff, resolving conflicts effectively.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills at all organizational levels.
- Calmness in emergency or stressful situations.
