Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Security Supervisor for the HSN Fulfillment Center in Piney Flats, Tennessee. This role leads day-to-day security operations on the shift, assigning tasks, monitoring surveillance, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and coach security staff, coordinate responses to incidents and special events, and work with facilities and HR on terminations and escorts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant experience, including one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving and communication under pressure.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification within four weeks of hire.
• Ability to work required shifts, overtime, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day security operations on your shift, assign and review work, monitor surveillance, and address safety concerns.
• Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to security team members and contractors.
• Coordinate security support for terminations, events, escorts, and emergency transportation.
• Direct team response to medical, fire, hazardous-material, and other emergencies; activate ICS as needed.
• Review incident reports and keep the security manager informed of significant events.

Where You'll Work

This role is based at the HSN Fulfillment Center in Piney Flats, Tennessee. Workplace type is to be confirmed. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day security operations on your shift, assign and review work, monitor surveillance, and address security and life-safety concerns.
• Train, schedule, coach, and provide timely performance feedback to security team members and contractors; maintain adequate coverage.
• Coordinate security support for employee terminations, special events, escorts, and emergency transportation as business needs require.
• Direct team response to medical, fire, hazardous-material, and other emergencies; activate the Incident Command System and coordinate with appropriate contacts.
• Review incident reports, arrange follow-up with relevant teams, and keep the security manager informed of significant events and concerns.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant experience, including one year of supervisory experience in a similar environment, or a combination of seasonal developmental positions and related experience.
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively under stressful or emergency conditions.
• Ability to handle confidential information and use Microsoft Office and automated systems.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification within four weeks of hire.
• Ability to work required shifts and overtime, sit or concentrate for extended periods, climb stairs or ladders, and lift up to approximately 50 pounds.
