Broadridge is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to lead a team responsible for the safety and security of employees, clients, visitors, and property. You will oversee loss prevention activities, enforce entry controls, and develop procedures to mitigate risks.

The role requires supervising staff, assigning work, evaluating performance, and ensuring adherence to policies. Strong communication, budgeting awareness, and familiarity with MS Office and security systems are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in the security industry; familiarity with shift-based work.
• Computer literacy with typing proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Supervises staff in performance of work and provides guidance in problem resolution.
• Assigns work to meet completion dates per schedules set by higher supervision.
• Ensures adherence to established procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Conducts performance evaluations for assigned staff.
• Oversees guard inspections and reliefs in accordance with contracts; ensures safety compliance.
• Makes periodic inspections of facilities and personnel for policy adherence.
• Able to draft policies and procedures for upper management review.
• Manages all shift activities and associate administration, including scheduling.
