Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to oversee a shift at an assigned customer in Hazelwood, MO. The supervisor will coordinate service delivery, act as liaison among site supervisor, Account Manager and officers, and provide coaching and discipline within approved guidelines.

Candidates must be 18+, have a HS diploma or 5 years experience, possess a valid driver’s license, and be able to prepare reports.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with diploma or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prepare neat written reports and logs.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Driving positions require a valid Driver's License and clean record.
• Background check and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at sites.
• Ability to handle crises calmly and effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
