Marksman Security is seeking a Security Operations Shift Lead to manage a 3-shift pattern at the Data Center – Midtown, Atlanta. The role leads security personnel, conducts rounds, and coordinates with emergency services as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of prior supervisory experience in security.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug).
• GA 24 Hour Certification.
• GA Driver’s license.
• CPR‑AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site activity during a specific shift.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of personnel.
• Work with data center systems, CCTV, and access control.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities when needed.
• Ensure security equipment is operational and maintained.
• Provide detailed shift reports.

Security Operations Shift Lead – 3 Shift

Data Center – Midtown

Shift Schedule

Fri thru Mon 11pm-7am

Hourly Pay

$23.00 per hour

Physical Requirements

This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Security Operations Lead oversees and manages site activity during a specific shift.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits of security personnel to ensure proper implementation of security procedures and protocols.
• Work with data center systems, CCTV, VMS; control ingress/egress and make rounds.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel if required.
• Ensure all security equipment, like security cameras and alarms, are in good working condition.
• Provide regular detailed shift reports.

• Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug).
• GA 24 Hour Certification.
• Valid GA Driver’s license.
