MGM Resorts International in Las Vegas seeks an On-Call Corporate Security Services Officer to help maintain a safe environment at our corporate offices. You will be a visible presence, respond to incidents, and support life safety efforts.
The position requires training, strong situational awareness, and physical readiness to patrol, monitor alarms and CCTV, and coordinate with emergency responders. Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays are required.

THE STARTING RATE: $20.00 Hourly
Provide excellent service to guests and employees; help resolve any complaints or issues Watch over alarm systems and surveillance cameras Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including the outside, using a bicycle or company vehicle Secure emergency scenes to prevent more damage or harm, alert others to danger, call emergency responders, and lead evacuations if needed Write reports about daily activities and any unusual events, such as damage, theft, or accidents Use phones or two-way radios to send and receive messages, including emergency calls Attend and pass all required training, including legal, defensive tactics, first aid, and CPR/AED Stay skilled in using all assigned equipment
