Qualificações

• 5 years of experience in the low-voltage or security industry.
• Excellent knowledge of major security platforms: Bosch/Radionics, Honeywell, Firelite, Silent Knight, DMP, DSC, and similar systems.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to provide clear written reports.
• Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
• Ability to pass thorough background and identity checks.
• Ability to explain repair steps professionally and guide customers.

Responsabilidades

• Locate and alleviate trouble with damaged equipment or wiring.
• Readjust, repair, or replace inoperative equipment and test systems for proper operation.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and service intrusion detection, IP CCTV, access control systems, and fire alarms when applicable.
• Coordinate inspections and installations with police, fire departments, or other appropriate agencies as needed.
• Assist fellow service technicians with system repairs and complete minor repairs, including battery replacement.
• Test system operation to the customer monitoring center to confirm service connectivity.
• Complete forms, service records, and customer paperwork accurately and on time.
• Provide recommendations, solutions, and quotes to support repairs, improvements, and upselling opportunities.

In this role, you will support intrusion, IP CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems with responsive field service and clear customer communication. ## Role OverviewAs a Security Technician, you will be a trusted troubleshooter and service expert responsible for restoring and maintaining the performance of security and life-safety systems.
