Johnson Controls is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and service card access, CCTV, burglar alarm systems and related building products at customer sites. You will deliver high-quality service, communicate effectively with customers, and provide solutions during visits.
Responsibilities include following established troubleshooting procedures, interpreting manuals and blueprints, and offering quotes for recommended improvements. Occasional on-call and travel may be required.

Service Technicians diagnose problems and perform service and repairs on card access, CCTV, burglar alarm systems, electronic fire alarm systems and other related building system products at customer sites. Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service related items. As a trusted advisor to our customers you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service
Preferred: NICET II preferred Pay Range: Up to $44.59. Hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role. However, we recognize that exceptional candidates may bring unique skills and experiences that exceed the typical profile.
