Security Service Technician - Idaho Falls/Pocatello, ID

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills, along with a professional attitude and appearance. The role involves integrating into our "We Make It Happen!" culture. Responsibilities include installing wires and equipment, responding to service calls, conducting site surveys, performing installation startup, system commissioning, and customer training.

Location: Idaho Falls/Pocatello, ID

Pay: $22-$32 per hour DOE and Certifications

Key Responsibilities:

1. Travel to client sites for alarm troubleshooting and repairs.
2. Install and service electronic and physical security products, including wiring.
3. Test all installed equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance.
4. Troubleshoot and repair security equipment.
5. Communicate project status to management and customers.
6. Complete all required paperwork promptly.
7. Maintain inventory and vehicle standards.
8. Train less experienced employees.
9. Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety laws.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-5 years of security service and installation experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Knowledge of security systems preferred.
• Ability to travel up to a week if necessary.
