Security Service Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform the role & responsibilities of the ABDO (Algemene Beveiligingseisen voor Defensie Opdrachten) Security Officer;
- Work with all departments internally & externally to ensure the Organization (Amadeus / Vision-Box) is ABDO compliant;
- Maintain the Organization's ABDO Security Management Plan;
- Participate in regular meetings with the Schiphol ABDO Security Officer;
- Review new & existing documents/processes to ensure ABDO compliance;
- Prepare for and accompany any ABDO compliance audits required by Dutch authorities;
- Ensure personnel receive regular ABDO security awareness training;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to document service processes as required;
- Work within the Service Delivery team, coordinating with Service Operations, Field Force, and Project Management;
- Manage security clearance applications for Schiphol Airport access;
- Understand the Organization’s products & solutions to address high-level customer questions;
- Support customers as the Service Manager during planned & unplanned absences;
- Assist Service Operations with Incident, Change, and Problem Management;
- Review change documentation and participate in customer change meetings.
About the ideal candidate:
- Cyber security knowledge & experience;
- Ability to pass VBG-B security clearance;
- Commuting distance to Schiphol Airport;
- Proficiency in English & Dutch, spoken and written;
- Excellent communication skills & confidence in interactions;
- ITIL experience (Certification preferred);
- Good customer service skills, capable of simplifying complex interactions;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
