Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operations management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Possession of or ability to obtain applicable weapons permits/licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manages functions/activities to meet site goals.
• Participates in site budget and goal planning; monitors quality, productivity, and expenses.
• Oversees interviewing, processing, and training of employees.
• Rewards, coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions for staff.
• Conducts regular staff meetings for feedback on issues and departments.
• Maintains cross-training matrix for backup coverage.
• Performs regular audits to ensure quality standards.
• Ensures payroll, incentives, workers' compensation, and accident reports are accurate and timely.
• Liaises with ATSIIS Support to resolve system issues.
