Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Background considerations and drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws and regulations; driver's license for driving roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations, documenting observations and reporting unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site requirements, verifying credentials and directing individuals to appropriate locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established protocols.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications to support security-related operations at an aerospace and defense location.

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret clearance.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
