Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard card/license preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Screen individuals, visitors, packages, and deliveries per site access requirements.
• Verify credentials and access, maintain visitor records, and direct guests.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report concerns through established channels.
• Conduct regular patrols around the technology location and perimeter.
