Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories as required by law.
• A drug screen will be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
