Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement or military experience.
• 7+ years of security-related experience.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Guard card is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Criminal histories considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by location.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Screen visitors, employees, contractors, and deliveries entering a government facility per site procedures.
• Operate screening equipment and perform access-control checks to identify prohibited items.
• Verify identification, credentials, appointments, and visitor authorizations; provide directions and service.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Complete logs, incident reports, and other documentation per policies.
