Qualifications

• 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or 5+ years security experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
• Age: 18+ for unarmed; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and employees by conducting screening procedures and directing as needed.
• Screen individuals and belongings using screening equipment and report prohibited items or irregularities.
• Verify access credentials and direct visitors to appropriate areas.
• Respond to incidents calmly following escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry areas and surrounding grounds.
