Qualifications

• Previous security, healthcare, or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Ability to remain calm and effective during emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol buildings and grounds to ensure safety and security.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and resident needs.
• Complete incident reports and documentation accurately.
• Assist residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Support emergency preparedness and safety procedures.
